What happens when your goals are big, but the progress isn't?
Prime Current takes companies from endless analysis and a backlog nobody believes to a clear path to their goals.
Sound familiar?
- The backlog keeps growing, and nobody believes it.
- Every team describes a different problem.
- Months in, you're still deciding where to start.
Weeks, not months.
Most organizations take months just to agree on where to go. We'll take you from the left to the right in weeks.
Our approach sticks.
The whole picture
Most transformation work starts with pain points and a list of workflows, and ends in a backlog. We start by looking at how the work fits together. You see where the real opportunity is.
Built for your business
The plan is designed around your constraints, your tools, and your goals, so it can actually be implemented. Every recommendation connects back to the number you're trying to hit.
Speed and clarity
Weeks, not months. You get where you're headed, how to start, and what impact to expect. Your teams see it, believe it, and get behind it.
Facing the pressure to move faster?
If your goals are big and your transformation isn't keeping pace, let's talk. Tell us where things stand and where you need to be.
Meet Nicole
For over a decade, I've chased one feeling: the moment technology finally clicks and people can get back to the work they actually care about.
I started my career at Cargill, inside their global IT program, wearing plenty of hats early on: business relationship manager, business analyst, and roles beyond. That range gave me hands-on experience across both strategy and delivery, not just one side of the work.
The role that shaped how I work was on a digital labs team, where I served as both product owner and digital advisor. The team's rule for every project: get from analysis to a working prototype in six weeks or $100,000, whichever ran out first. Running project after project under that constraint taught me how to build something useful fast, and how to find the actual source of a team's pain before building anything. As a digital advisor, I also worked with businesses on disrupting their own models: understanding the data they had, and finding where an IT investment would move their growth or efficiency goals.
I left a full-time position to do consulting instead, and have spent the years since moving between custom software product management and workflow consulting, wherever a project needed someone to see it through to done.
What I bring to that work: creative problem-solving, a willingness to get hands-on with the build myself, and systems thinking that holds the whole picture instead of one piece of it. My drive is making sure people get an aha moment with technology, so they can spend more time on the work they care about.
I started Prime Current because that aha moment should be the norm, not the exception. I want to work with people who believe there's a better way, who are open to exploring and working differently, and who want quick, useful solutions.
